Processing of Personal Data
In fulfilling the information obligation referred to in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform that:

Purposes of data processing and legal basis
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR for the following purposes:
- for the purpose of fulfilling the Controller’s contractual obligations towards you – that is on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”) – processing for this purpose will last for the duration and performance of such agreements binding us;
- in accordance with our legitimate interests in processing them (i.e. for internal administrative purposes, contact with persons designated by the client as responsible for the implementation of agreements, direct marketing, maintenance of automated data archiving systems, for the purpose of detecting and preventing crimes, as well as for the purpose of pursuing claims and defending against claims) – that is on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – processing for this purpose will last as long as the Controller has the legitimate interests indicated above;
- for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations imposed on the Controller by law – that is on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (including, among others, the obligation to store certain documents and information for the period specified by law) – processing for this purpose will last for the period resulting from such legal provisions;
- or on the basis of your consent, that is on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – for the purpose indicated to you each time when obtaining such consent – processing in such a case will last until you withdraw your consent, which may occur at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however failure to provide them may make it impossible to achieve the purpose for which they were provided;
Transfer of data to third parties
The personal data provided may be made available to other recipients, i.e. marketing agencies, accounting offices, law firms, logistics and IT service providers, subcontractors of our services, who will process your personal data on behalf of the Controller and exclusively in accordance with its instructions within the indicated purpose and scope, as well as to state authorities or other entities authorized under legal provisions, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations imposed on us [entrusting personal data for processing on the basis of Article 28(3) of the GDPR];
Rights of data subjects
In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the following rights:
- the right to obtain information on how the Controller uses the data and to obtain access to your data;
- the right to rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your data;
- the right to object to the processing of your data, e.g. for direct marketing purposes or where the processing takes place for the legitimate interests of the Controller;
- with regard to data provided to the Controller in an automated manner – the right to receive this information in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format or to have it transmitted directly to another personal data controller, where technically feasible (“right to data portability”);
- where your data is processed on the basis of your consent – the right to withdraw such consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent;
- the right to object to any decisions made on the basis of automated processing of your personal personal data, including profiling;

Changes to the Information
We may introduce changes to this Privacy Policy. Nevertheless, your rights resulting from it will not be reduced. We will always update this Policy on our website, therefore please try to familiarize yourself with it after visiting our website.

With the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures, your data will be stored in a manner secured against unauthorized or unlawful processing as well as accidental loss, destruction or damage. We will make every effort to protect your data, however we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our websites, our applications or services, or to other websites, applications or services via an internet connection or similar means. If we have given you a password (or you have chosen a password) to enable access to certain areas of our websites, applications or services, please keep this password secure – we will not share this password with anyone else.
